As a Community, we try hard to create safe, humane neighborhoods that are good for people and good for our pets. Responsible pet Ownership Laws assist us to accomplish these goals by requiring the compassionate care, custody and control of dogs by all dog owners.

Our mission is to preserve the human-canine bond, Aggressive Dog attacks are no longer rare tragedies and serve as a reminder that all dog owners have an unequivocal responsibility for the humane care of their Dogs:
1.) including proper diet, veterinary care (vaccinations)
2.) custody including licensing and micro-chipping
3.) control training and socialization
Most of all a Dog owners needs to provide love and affection. Domestication of any animal species involves bonding emotionally and mentally.
